► Internship under the IMS / VoLTE performance team
► Worked with 5G network monitoring KPIs to improve production efficiency of the future 5G network and reduce time in issue resolution
► Improved Grafana dashboards for 5G CNF telemetry metrics and SevOne DataInsights dashboards for IMS/VoLTE
► Learned about the back-end of Verizon’s network and the security measures in place to protect the network
► Communicated with team members to learn how the data is being used and coming up with solutions to best visualize the data
► Contributed in publishing the research paper "Examining the Examiners: Students' Privacy and Security Perceptions of Online
Proctoring Services” under David G. Balash and Dr. Adam J. Aviv (https://arxiv.org/abs/2106.05917)
► Research paper was selected to be presented in the SOUPS 2021 conference
► Assisted in designing a survey sent out to 2,000 faculty and students at the university via Qualtrics
► Performed extensive qualitative analysis on survey data and Chrome web store reviews on exam proctoring services using MAXQDA
► Examined source code of these proctoring services and performing various data collection for the research paper
► Learned different injection attacks (E.g. SQL, XSS, ...) and how to utilize them to find exploits in software and web extensions
► Examined Javascript code of online proctoring services and performed code analysis to examine the category of information the
services collect on the user
► Performed qualitative analysis on Chrome web store reviews of online proctoring services using MAXQDA
► Assisted in the research "Exploring Threat Models for Unauthorized Accesses to Locked Smartphones" under Dr. Adam J. Aviv
► Gained experience in designing human subject research experiments and surveys
